Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts of inventory according to established schedules.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Utilize inventory management software to update records and reconcile inventory counts.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel, production teams, and procurement to identify issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in physical inventory audits and assist in the preparation of audit reports.
