Job summary

Reily Foods Company in Knoxville, TN seeks an Inventory Clerk to help maintain accurate stock records and support warehouse operations. You will conduct cycle counts with RF scanners, assist with shipping/receiving, and ensure proper storage and labeling of items in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and basic Excel skills are required. Experience with forklift operation is preferred; ability to work independently or as part of a team; report discrepancies to supervisors;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory knowledge.
• Familiarity with warehouse distribution or inventory management roles.
• Basic Excel skills and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to operate forklift as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory cycle counts using RF scanners and manual methods.
• Collaborate with shipping/receiving to resolve inventory issues.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Support order picking and proper storage of items.
• Maintain organized storage and labeling of inventory.
• Document discrepancies between counts and system records; report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
