Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in manufacturing or warehousing, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work non-standard hours. English fluency required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform counts and transactions to ensure inventory integrity and accurate ERP counts.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies in quantities and locations.
• Transact inter-plant material transfers to support production schedules.
• Verify product locations and FIFO compliance; communicate inconsistencies.
• Adhere to cycle counting and material control procedures and policies.
• Support planned physical inventories with proper labeling and documentation.
• Ability to work non-standard hours as needed.
