Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
• Familiar with warehouse distribution and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills and Excel knowledge.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• RF scanners and order picking experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular inventory cycle counts using RF scanners and manual counting methods.
• Works with shipping/receiving to resolve inventory issues.
• Assists moving materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
• Supports order picking and materials handling with correct quantities and storage.
• Documents discrepancies between counts and system records; reports issues to supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
