Job summary

Kelli’s Gifts is seeking a detail-driven Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and operational excellence in our warehouse. This role ensures system integrity by reconciling counts and identifying root causes of discrepancies across receiving, replenishment, and picking.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, RF scanner proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience in inventory control.
• Familiar with RF scanners and WMS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to operate the Order Picker forklift.
• Forklift operation at heights up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across pick bins, replenishment, and backstock locations.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Research, document, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Identify trends and recurring inventory issues and elevate findings.
• Partner with Shipping, Receiving, and Replenishment teams to correct errors.
• Execute inventory adjustments following approval procedures.
• Verify labeling, UOM, expiration dates, and product accuracy.
• Support annual physical inventories.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
