Job summary

Kelvion Inc. in the Sperry, OK area is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our Knoxville, TN Inventory Control Team.

You will perform cycle counts and material transactions to ensure inventory accuracy reflected in the ERP system, and provide discrepancies to the Senior Cycle Counter. The role requires 2–3 years in manufacturing or warehousing, a high school diploma or GED, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or similar
• Analytical and logistical thinking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform counts and material transfers to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify discrepancies in reported quantities and locations and communicate them to Senior Cycle Counter
• Transact inter-plant material transactions and support production schedules
• Verify product location and FIFO compliance and update ERP records
• Adhere to cycle counting and material control procedures and policies
• Support planned physical inventories with proper labeling and documentation
• Ability to work non-standard hours as needed
