Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy and support supply chain operations. You will conduct daily cycle counts, verify part data, and investigate discrepancies while promoting FIFO practices in the warehouse.

You will use ERP systems and RF scanners to track activity, compile reports, and support continuous improvement in inventory management. This role emphasizes data accuracy and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory-related experience.
• 1+ year of cycle counting or inventory control experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Validate part labels, descriptions, measurements, and units of measure.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Document inventory adjustments and assign error codes for corrective action.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems.
• Organize inventory locations to support FIFO practices and efficient material flow.
• Inspect materials for damage, deterioration, mislabeling, or storage concerns.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and report findings to Supply Chain leadership.
• Support warehouse organization and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and inventory audits.
• Utilize ERP systems and RF scanners to track inventory activity and part history.
• Compile inventory reports and communicate discrepancies to management.
