Job summary

Soho Studio Corp is seeking a Cycle Counter to manage daily inventory procedures in the warehouse, ensure accurate verification in the company database, and perform regular counts to maintain stock levels.

You will verify perpetual inventory, audit locations, and handle PIT equipment while supporting on-site distribution operations. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytical skills with experience working with large data sets.
• Inventory management experience.
• 1 year of proven experience in inventory control.
• PIT experience with reach truck and any other PIT equipment.
• Previous experience utilizing a warehouse scan gun.
• Excellent understanding of Excel.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills are needed.
• WMS experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Upholds appropriate inventory levels and ensures that all products are in stock and available for distribution in the warehouse.
• Preparing, maintaining, and recording records of inventories, receipts, purchases, or deliveries to assess supply needs.
• Confirms accuracy of the Perpetual Inventory through prescribed period counts, investigates variances, maintains product location integrity, and monitors product physical integrity.
• Performs daily stock counts and researches variances discovered during counts.
• Audits product locations (reserve & pick) for accuracy.
• Identifies and reports damaged products found during counts or audits.
• Compares incoming shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, orders, or other records for accuracy.
• Operates PIT equipment (Cherry/Order Picker).
• Performs regular warehouse audits to ensure materials are undamaged and neatly stored.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
