Mom’s Meals is seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator in Oklahoma City to develop and implement our Cycle Count program. This hands-on role requires counting inventory about 75% of each day, with remaining time spent researching root causes and proposing permanent corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience.
• Proficient in Excel and able to develop clear spreadsheets and reports.
• Training on PIT Equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts, is required.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory items 75% of the day using appropriate processes.
• Research root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Partner cross-functionally to maintain Cycle Count ABC approach.
• Document root causes of inventory inaccuracies.
• Update ERP with Cycle Count results and quantities.
• Develop action plans to eliminate root causes and support changes.
