Mom’s Meals is seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator to help develop and implement our Cycle Count program. The role is hands-on, with about 75% of the day spent counting inventory and the rest on researching root causes and implementing permanent corrective actions.

The position operates Friday through Sunday, 4:00am to 5:30pm, in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years in cycle count or inventory coordination, strong Excel skills, and the ability to learn PIT

Competenze

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience.
Effectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner.
Proficient in Excel and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets and reports.
Ability to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissor lifts.

Mansioni

Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain an ABC approach to Cycle Counting.
Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms.
Document specific root causes when inventory inaccuracies are identified.
Understand FEFO, FIFO, organization of shelves and consolidation.
Identify and document root causes to inventory inaccuracies.
Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities.
Work cross-functionally with appropriate functions to develop correct actions plans to eliminate root causes identified and support the change process.
