Mom’s Meals in Oklahoma City is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a 4‑day work week. You will perform physical counts, update ERP with results, and monitor KPIs for accuracy. You’ll collaborate with Inventory Supervisors and the Warehouse/Inventory Manager to solve issues and implement permanent fixes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in cycle count or inventory coordination, with strong Excel skills and cross‑functional communication. Training on PIT equipment may be provided.

Qualifications

• Two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting with clear spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Physically count inventory and update ERP with cycle count results.
• Maintain and report KPIs on inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisors and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to resolve issues.
• Ensure Root Cause Reports are completed and actions implemented.
• Manage team to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
