Job summary

Cohere Beauty Omaha is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist – Cycle Count to maintain accurate inventory records and support overall warehouse efficiency. You will perform routine cycle counts, verify data in inventory systems, and investigate discrepancies to improve accuracy.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Maintenance, Production, and other teams to identify root causes of variances and help sustain organized, safe, and compliant inventory operations.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or similar processes preferred.
• Ability to perform inventory calculations and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily or scheduled cycle counts across stock locations and components.
• Enter and verify inventory data in the systems (WMS/CMMS or similar).
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support FIFO practices and ensure accurate labeling and storage.
