Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or cycle counting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; experience with WMS or ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Accurately count inventory using handheld scanners or manual count sheets.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between counts and system records.
• Identify root causes of variances and report findings to management.
• Enter count data into inventory management or ERP systems accurately.
• Support physical inventories and audits as required.
• Maintain labeling, bin locations, and storage organization.
• Follow inventory control procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, or process issues to supervisors.
• Assist with process improvements to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
