Job summary

Mom’s Meals in Oklahoma City is seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator to support our cycle count program. The role is hands-on, with about 75% of the day spent counting inventory and the rest researching root causes and implementing permanent corrective actions.

You will partner cross-functionally to establish ABC cycle counting, document root causes of inaccuracies, and update the ERP with results. The position requires attention to detail and physical work in a production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience.
• Effective cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to develop clear spreadsheets and reports.
• Able to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain an ABC approach to Cycle Counting.
• Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms.
• Document specific root causes when inventory inaccuracies are identified.
• Understand FEFO, FIFO, organization of shelves and consolidation.
• Identify and document root causes to inventory inaccuracies.
• Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities.
• Work cross-functionally with appropriate functions to develop correct actions plans to eliminate root causes identified and support the change process.
