Job summary

Mom’s Meals in Oklahoma City is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage cycle counts and maintain 100% inventory accuracy. The role is a four-day work week, with Friday to Sunday shifts from 4:00 AM to 6:30 PM, offering hands-on counting and process improvements.

You will partner with Inventory Supervisors and the Warehouse/Inventory Manager, update ERP with cycle count results, report KPIs, and drive root-cause investigations to permanent corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of two years cycle count or inventory coordination experience.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner.
• Proficient in Excel and able to develop clear spreadsheets and reports.

Responsibilities

• Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms.
• Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities.
• Maintain and report KPIs around first-pass and reconciled accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally Inventory Supervisors, and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to help solve inventory related issues.
• Ensure that Root Cause Report is being filled out.
• Identify root causes and work with appropriate functions to develop correct actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identified.
• Manage Team effectively to maintain goal of 100% inventory accuracy.
