Job summary

Total Wine & More in Los Angeles is hiring Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service, manage inventory, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities include building displays, stocking merchandise, training on wine, spirits, and beer, and maintaining store safety and compliance with alcohol regulations. A high school diploma and 1–3 years retail experience preferred; evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stocking, and displays.
• Support online orders and curbside pickup including deliveries if assigned.
• Provide excellent service by greeting customers and educating them about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Adhere to store safety, cleanliness, and alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders following company policies.
