Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an enthusiastic team member to help deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support online orders and curbside pickups. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing displays, training on wine and spirits, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment. Ability to lift, operate POS, and work a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience (1+ year preferred).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and organize stock, displays, and signage.
• Fulfill online orders and support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness, and comply with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following policies and safety laws if required.
