Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in California to deliver exceptional customer service, engagement, and sales support. You will assist customers, stock shelves, manage curbside orders, and participate in wine and beer training to build product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and availability to work evenings/weekends. You must be 21+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to walk, stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle pallets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advice on products to drive sales.
• Maximize inventory handling, including stocking, signage, and curbside/delivery operations when needed.
• Assist with training and product knowledge on wines, spirits, and beer.
