Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and upload journal entries for inventory and overhead activities.
• Perform inventory and overhead reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor field inventory transactions for compliance with GAAP.
• Analyze inventory/overhead reports, identifying variances and trends.
• Support month-end and year-end close for inventory and overhead.
• Analyze direct labor, overhead, and materials costs for quarterly adjustments.
• Assist annual budget development and overhead forecasts.
• Improve processes related to cost accounting and allocations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and auditors.
