Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, GL accounting, and reconciliations.
• Experience preparing financial statements and audits.
• Experience with ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Complete journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules.
• Analyze results and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close improvements.
• Perform variance analysis and assist budgeting/forecasting.
• Coordinate with audits and ensure internal controls are strong.
• Provide cross-functional partnership with Operations and Finance.
