Responsibilities include month-end close support, cost variance analysis, budgeting assistance, and ERP reporting enhancements, working closely with operations and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
