• Detailed accounting and reporting for receipts of purchased raw materials
• Detailed reconciliation and approval of invoices for purchased raw materials
• Detailed auditing of internal inventory documentation
• Preparation of month-end journal entries related to inventory
• Various journal entry preparation and posting during month end close
• Preparation and review of financial schedules
• Account reconciliations and analysis of reconciling items
• Assist in monthly forecasting process
• Assist in the annual budget process
• Assist in customer and vendor applications
• Maintain files and documentation per company policy
