Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations in a construction and manufacturing environment in Springfield, MO. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Competenze

• Two or more years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices and prepare payments (ACH, wire, checks).
• Reconcile vendor statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain vendor records and monitor payment terms.
• Generate customer invoices and statements; follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and job costing; provide financial reporting.
