Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with month-end close and AP/GL processes.
• Knowledge of sales tax filings and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file state sales tax and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with business licensing requirements.
• Prepare financial support docs and reconcile GL accounts.
• Verify and reconcile corporate credit card charges.
• Assist month-end close, post journal entries, and fixed asset tracking.
• Support cash management including ACH/wire payments.
• Maintain Excel datasets and generate management reports.
• Support audits and financial data requests.
