Job summary

Aerotek in Dallas, TX is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and ensure material flow in a manufacturing environment. You will verify locations, track movements, and help with receiving and assembly to keep production on schedule.

The role requires comfort with forklifts and warehouse equipment, Oracle WMS or ERP experience, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing inventory control.
• Experience with cycle counting preferred.
• Experience with Oracle WMS or ERP is a plus.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and align with control procedures.
• Coordinate cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Verify locations, quantities, and transactions in the facility.
• Process adjustments and corrections in the inventory system.
• Monitor inventory movement to ensure proper material flow.
• Support receiving by verifying, tracking, and storing incoming materials.
• Identify misplaced, damaged, or mislabeled materials.
• Assist with locating materials for production and customer orders.
• Ensure materials for assembly are available when needed.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained (e.g., forklifts).
• Follow safety guidelines and inventory procedures at all times.
• Communicate with teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Prioritize tasks to meet timelines and goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, inventory or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with inventory reconciliations is a plus.
