Qualifications

• Warehouse or manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to learn and use warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records per procedures.
• Coordinate cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Verify product locations, quantities and transactions.
• Process inventory adjustments in the system.
• Monitor inventory movement to ensure proper flow.
• Support receiving activities and material storage.
• Identify misplaced or damaged materials and report.
• Assist with locating materials for production and orders.
• Ensure materials are available for assembly operations.
• Operate material handling equipment when trained.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with team and other departments to resolve issues.
• Prioritize multiple tasks to meet timelines.
• Maintain clean, safe work area in warehouse.
