Job summary

Spitzer CDJR Homestead is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate vehicle representation online and in showroom listings. You will photograph vehicles, price using vAuto, and manage the reconditioning flow to support fast, high-quality dealership updates.

Responsibilities

• Stock in vehicles timely on the day of arrival.
• Enter vehicle pricing in vAuto.
• Take at least 50 high quality pictures of each vehicle.
• Post pictures with high quality and detailed descriptions.
• Manage the flow of vehicles during the reconditioning and detailing process.
• Create hangtags for vehicles and display on rear-view mirror.
• Make a Carfax folder with buyer's guide.
• Manage dealer trades and accurate paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock in vehicles timely on the day of arrival
• Enter vehicle pricing in vAuto
• Take at least 50 high quality pictures of each vehicle
• Post pictures with high quality and relevant detailed descriptions.
• Manage the flow of vehicles during the reconditioning and detailing process.
• Create hangtags for vehicles and ensure they are displayed on the rear view mirror of the vehicle.
• Make a Carfax folder with buyer's guide according to Spitzer's guidelines.
• Manage dealer trades and receiving of all accurate paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
