Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations in a high‑volume Louisville warehouse. You will lead teams, coordinate shipping/receiving, and ensure accurate stock levels using SAP, WMS, Kronos, and Excel.

The role emphasizes KPI performance, audits, cross‑functional coordination, and ongoing process improvements. Monday‑Friday, 8:00–4:30, at 2500 Export Drive in Louisville, KY, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management.
• Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders.
• Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation.
• Shift hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Work location: 2500 Export Drive, Louisville, KY 40219

Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management.
• Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback.
• Develop and maintain cycle‑count and inventory‑control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
• Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel.
• Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
