Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider, seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations in a high-volume Louisville warehouse. You will drive accuracy and efficiency using SAP, WMS, Kronos, and Excel while leading a team and coordinating across departments.

The role emphasizes KPI performance, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence within Arvato’s logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in warehousing/inventory management.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, Kronos and Excel.
• Strong KPI, audit, and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, and traffic coordination.
• Lead teams and monitor KPI performance.
• Maintain cycle counts and inventory-control processes.
• Document procedures and ensure stock accuracy.
• Update WMS, Kronos, and Excel metrics.
• Conduct variance investigations and audit documentation.
