Job summary

Arvato, a global 3PL provider, seeks an Inventory Analyst for our Kentucky operations. You will maintain inventory records, liaise with internal and external customers, and support continuous improvement of inventory control processes.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, SAP/WMS experience, and strong Excel skills. Prior 3PL inventory admin experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment; experience operating material handling equipment such as Reach truck or Cherry Picker preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Inventory control documentation including creating and reviewing procedures.
• Experience as an inventory administrator in a 3PL environment.
• Report any ethics/compliance issues per company policy.
• Process personal, client, and employer data per contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer reports from multiple SAP systems.
• Carry out daily communication with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor and Counterparts on client requests.
• Support continuous improvement of Inventory Control and provide guidance on inventory issues; generate daily/weekly reports.
• Maintain inventory integrity and resolve variances; coordinate transactions across systems.
• Monitor inbound/outbound components and complete audit documentation.
