Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider delivering supply chain management and e-commerce solutions. As Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee shipping, receiving, and traffic to drive accuracy and efficiency across warehouse operations.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, coach staff on KPIs, maintain cycle counts, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment to optimize processes and sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in warehouse or inventory management.
• CPIM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse systems.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis.
• Knowledge of traffic coordination and large order volumes.
• Experience operating Cherry Picker/Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and traffic management to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate inventory tasks with all departments to maintain order accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to staff.
• Develop cycle count and inventory control processes for accuracy.
• Document and enforce inventory procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment for efficiency.
• Update WMS, Kronos, and Excel metrics.
• Conduct variance investigations and audit documentation.
