Job summary

Arvato Louisville, a division of Bertelsmann, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to optimize warehouse inventory and lead continuous improvement in partnership with operations and quality teams.

You will supervise Inventory Control Supervisors, drive cycle counts and KPI delivery, support customer audits, and ensure cost-efficient processes in a fast-paced, high-volume facility in Louisville, KY; 7+ years in multi-client supply chains and WMS/SAP familiarity required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations experience across multi-client supply chains.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing production, quality, and tech support areas.
• Workforce management in a temp labor environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse operations with automation.
• Proficient in WMS; SAP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop management staff.
• Serve as liaison between operations and customers on inventory topics.
• Monitor labor costing across cost centers and projects.
• Prepare OPS data as required.
• Support Quality Management System and corrective actions.
• Oversee safety and employee engagement.
• Lead Inventory Control Supervisors and team.
• Ensure inventory control metrics align with OPS processes.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
