Arvato is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager for its Louisville, KY facility. You will develop and maintain an effective inventory management system in collaboration with operations and quality teams, driving continuous improvements to support business needs and ensure best-in-class processes while controlling costs.

You will lead a team of Inventory Control Supervisors, monitor KPIs, and coordinate audits and cycle counts while aligning OPS processes to inventory control

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of operations experience in a multi-client supply chain.
• Experience managing production, quality, and technical support areas.
• Workforce management experience in temp labor environments.

Aufgaben

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Lead and develop inventory control staff and supervisors.
• Serve as a communication link between operations and customers on inventory topics.
• Monitor labor management and ensure cost centers and project codes are accurate.
• Prepare OPS data and support Quality Management System actions.
• Oversee safety and engagement initiatives and drive KPI performance.
