Qualifications

• 5 years of inventory control experience in food distribution.
• Prefer a 4-year college degree in a related discipline and 1-year experience on IBM AS400.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect produce at the dock to ensure quality and correct quantity.
• Oversee receiving and inventory adjustments in the mainframe.
• Report daily cycle counts for frozen, cooler, and dry products.
• Manage slotting and labeling of new items and ensure mainframe accuracy.
• Produce inventory and warehouse reports daily.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain continuous information flow.
• Oversee the cycle count program and HACCP/MSDS adherence.
• Suggest improvements to reduce inventory losses.
