Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of inventory control experience in food distribution.
• Prefer 4-year college degree in a related discipline and 1 year of experience on IBM AS400.

Responsibilities

• Monitor freight and inventory processes to reduce losses.
• Oversee receiving and inventory adjustments for accuracy in the mainframe.
• Report daily physical cycle counts for frozen, cooler, and dry products.
• Manage slotting and labeling of new items in the warehouse and ensure mainframe accuracy.
• Provide regular inventory and warehouse reports; communicate potential problems to leadership.
• Oversee cycle counting and HACCP/MSDS compliance; enforce safety and process standards.
