Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a warehouse inventory control coordinator to monitor freight and inventory levels and provide clerical support to warehouse management in inventory control and SWAT systems.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, inventory reports, coordination with departments, and adherence to HACCP and MSDS guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year warehousing experience, and ability to lift 50–70 lbs. Forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Ability to operate a 10-key touchpad.
• Prefer 3–4 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect produce at the dock to ensure quality and correct quantity.
• Perform daily physical cycle counts for frozen, cooler, and dry products.
• Keep Warehouse Manager/Supervisor informed of potential problems and changes.
• Complete inventory and warehouse reports daily.
• Assist and coordinate all physical inventories per SYGMA guidelines.
• Interface with purchasing, warehouse, inventory, and customer service to maintain flow of information.
