Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Controller to monitor and manage produce quality at the dock and ensure accurate quantities. The role involves overseeing receiving, inventory adjustments, and mainframe data integrity.

You will report cycle counts daily for frozen, cooler, and dry products, oversee new item slotting, and help maintain HACCP/MSDS adherence across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 5 years of inventory control experience in food distribution.
• Prefer a 4-year college degree in a related discipline and 1 year experience on IBM AS400.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect produce at the dock to ensure quality standards and correct quantity.
• Oversee receiving and inventory adjustments for accuracy and data entry into the mainframe.
• Report daily physical cycle counts for frozen, cooler, and dry products.
