Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and manage material handling in a manufacturing setting. You will supervise staff, implement inventory controls, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals.

The role requires 3+ years in distribution/warehousing, lead experience, and strong knowledge of WMS (Oracle). A forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years distribution and inventory/warehousing experience.
• Previous lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS system (Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cycle counts of inventory assets.
• Investigate, identify, and reconcile cycle count discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain efficient material handling and storage.
• Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Supervise material handlers and spiders; evaluate performance.
• Ensure timely picking of tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
• Maintain training standards and drive continuous improvement.
