Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inventory management experience, preferably in a warehousing environment.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environment preferred.
• Experience working with JD Edwards and Warehouse Management systems (Red Prairie) preferred.
• Forklift Experience: Must have Cherry Picker and Sit-Down Experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability; strong communication with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

• Request cycle counts from all warehouse facilities and report damages and discrepancies; monitor cycle count performance.
• Complete and issue records and reports, including filing invoices and maintaining customer records.
• Maintain the ERS log; make corrections and process claims; communicate results to relevant parties.
• Review OFR reports to confirm warehouse issues and coordinate with Inventory Control Specialist or 3PL as needed.
• Monitor shipments and receipts; process monthly inventory adjustments and IA reporting; troubleshoot issues.
• Research discrepancies; correct records and report history of discrepancies to appropriate colleagues.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory procedures; suggest improvements to inventory management.
• Maintain security over inventory; ensure access is restricted to authorized personnel.
