Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of warehouse or distribution-center experience preferred.
• Previous inventory-control or cycle-counting experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) preferred.
• Strong math and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing needs.
• Forklift certification required or the ability to obtain certification within the timeframe established by PBD.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Research and report inventory discrepancies.
• Print and place stock and location tags.
• Enter inventory location changes in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Verify bulk inventory and update bulk storage locations.
• Process internal stock movements, including transfers.
• Complete special inventory counts requested by management.
• Search warehouse locations for missing or misplaced inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory paperwork and system records.
• Follow and reinforce inventory-control procedures.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
