Living Spaces in Buford, GA is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, perform daily cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to keep stock aligned with data.

You will operate RF scanners, safely drive Crown and Raymond forklifts, and coordinate with Customer Service to fix inventory issues affecting customers in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in warehouse/distribution, inventory control, or cycle counting.
• Proficient with Living Spaces software (routing, ticket system, CRM, AX).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Review cycle count reports and adjust POs, RMAs, TRNs, SOs, and P&L.
• Operate RF scanner with minimal errors.
• Safely operate Crown and Raymond lift trucks.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervisor; follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to fix inventory issues affecting customers.
• Support weekends and holidays work.
