Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory control for the park retail operation, including receiving, tracking, processing, storing, transferring, and distributing merchandise.

You will support merchandising, assist with cycle counts and physical inventories, prepare variance reports, and help ensure a clean, safe stockroom while maintaining guest-ready displays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent required; some college preferred.
• General Windows-based computer use; knowledge of retail POS system preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, process, and distribute all retail merchandise, grocery and supply orders.
• Track all incoming shipments through daily receiving logs, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
• Enter purchase orders and receiving information into the retail inventory system while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ticket, label, handle, store, rotate, and prepare merchandise for distribution in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by researching and resolving discrepancies, completing adjustments, and investigating shortages or overages.
• Assist with completing weekly retail cycle counts and assist with quarterly and annual physical inventories.
• Prepare reports related to damages, shortages, returns, transfers, and other inventory variances.
• Maintain controls for inventory movement, including cross-unit transfers and proper documentation.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, secure, and efficient stockroom- warehouse environment.
• Support loss prevention efforts through inventory controls, secure storage practices, and adherence to company procedures.
• Assist with merchandising and sales floor replenishment by stocking displays and creating visually appealing presentations that maximize product visibility and enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in training retail associates on proper receiving, inventory handling, stockroom organization, and inventory control procedures.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and other warehouse equipment, as applicable.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
