Job summary

Guest Services Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory control for the retail operation. You will manage receiving, tracking, processing, storing, transferring, and distributing merchandise while supporting the Retail Manager.

You will perform cycle counts, generate reports, and keep the storeroom organized and secure. This role reports to the Retail Manager and helps with merchandising and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• General Windows-based computer use; knowledge of retail POS system preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, process, and distribute all retail merchandise and orders.
• Track shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
• Enter receiving data into the inventory system and maintain records.
• Label, store, rotate, and prepare merchandise for distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly cycle counts and physical inventories.
