Job summary

GALLS, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage inbound/outbound warehouse functions, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment and safe, orderly operations. You will count, audit, and adjust inventory, optimize slotting, and monitor systems to support daily performance.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• RF technology knowledge and willingness to learn MHE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts by location and product number.
• Perform audits on reserve and active locations to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor daily inventory and complete scheduled audits.
• Resolve inventory variances and perform necessary adjustments.
• Move products, determine slotting to maximize cube utilization.
• Assess warehouse layout and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Manage Inventory Control KACE tickets and related requests.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report hazards.
