Job summary

Ergon Inc. in Flowood, Mississippi seeks an organized Inventory Specialist to maintain SAP S/4HANA inventory records and monitor stock movements across downstream locations.

You will reconcile inventories, support month-end close, and coordinate with S&D, Procurement, Customer Service, and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate product availability. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain or inventory roles, strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related operations environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records and transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and ability to prepare inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-stock inventory and product availability to support operations and BOM requirements.
• Reconcile terminal inventories weekly/monthly and investigate discrepancies.
• Process month-end write-offs of inventory variances in SAP S/4HANA with proper approvals.
• Maintain inventory reports and tracking spreadsheets for shipment visibility.
• Create and coordinate Ship-To, STOs, and POs to manage stock movements.
