Job summary

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations to ensure accurate records and timely month-end closes, including blending, replenishment, and downstream stock control. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, inventory management or related.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in records and transactions.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word; able to export data and build reports.
• Ability to learn and effectively use SAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-stock inventory to support Customer Service and operations.
• Reconcile products at terminals and investigate discrepancies.
• Process month-end write-offs of variances in S/4HANA with proper approvals.
• Maintain inventory reports and tracking spreadsheets for decision making.
• Export STOs and POs and consolidate shipments for visibility.
