Job summary

WAI GLOBAL seeks a warehouse/ inventory associate in Mississippi to manage the full lifecycle of inventory, from requisitioning to storage and inspections. You will record all material movements in our ERP and support cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.

You will organize the warehouse, maintain labeling, stock shelves, and help implement process improvements. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
• 1 year’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full inventory lifecycle including requisitioning and storage.
• Record and track material issues, returns, and receipts.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse, maintain labeling, and stock inventory shelves.
• Investigate discrepancies and propose root-cause solutions.
• Collaborate to improve location accuracy and productivity.
• Support special order SKUs from receipt to shipping.
