Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate daily postings and monitoring across warehouses, production sites, and job sites.

You will support cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain data integrity to enable reliable reporting for Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance teams. The role requires 4+ years in inventory management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of inventory management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor daily inventory transactions to ensure accurate and timely system postings.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies related to storage, movement, costing, and data accuracy.
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventories, including preparation, execution, and variance reconciliation.
  • Verify inventory balances across warehouses, production sites, and job sites through physical checks and system validation.
  • Review inventory transaction activity to ensure adherence to documented processes and GAAP requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for receipts, issues, transfers, and customer job-site deliveries.
  • Assist in identifying process gaps and root causes contributing to inventory errors or losses.
  • Support process improvements that strengthen inventory control, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide inventory data and transaction support to Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance teams.
  • Safeguard company assets and information by following control standards and confidentiality requirements.
