ON GRID INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for a 3-6 month contract to manage inventory records, material control, and timely material fulfillment. You will handle receiving, stocking, issuing, counting, and storage.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAP inventory, setting locations and reorder points, processing receipts, and coordinating with maintenance, procurement, and operations to keep parts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/inventory experience in relevant industries.
• Experience with SAP or CMMS; forklift certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records in SAP.
• Receive, stock, issue, and count materials and spare parts.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure material readiness.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up on orders.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse and proper storage of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and report obsolete or slow-moving items.
