Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to verify and reconcile inventories, manage cycle counts, and ensure accuracy across customer and DHL systems.

The role reports to the Supervisor, trains associates, monitors production, and collaborates with customers and suppliers to resolve inventory issues. The position starts locally for 1-2 months before relocation to Annville, PA in November 2026; willingness to work at both locations is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system.
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and/or Topex.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members.
• Train associates and provide feedback; monitor production.
• Verify and reconcile inventories; complete physical inventories and analyze reports.
• Interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
